Before you bounce
Short version: rebounding is exercise, look after yourself, and tell Ruth if something hurts.
Rebounding is physical exercise on a mini trampoline. Like any exercise it carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and you are responsible for working at a level that is right for you. You set how high you bounce.
Tell Ruth before class about any injury, recent surgery, pregnancy, heart condition, joint problem or anything else that could affect you. If you are unsure whether rebounding is right for you, speak to your doctor first. Stop and tell Ruth if anything hurts.
Trainers you can move in are required. Follow the instructions given in class. One person on a trampoline at a time. Arrive ten minutes early so your trampoline can be set to your height.
Cancel up to 24 hours before your class and you get a full refund, back to the card you paid with. Inside 24 hours the spot is not refundable. No-shows are charged a $15 fee. If Ruth cancels a class for any reason, you are refunded in full.
Classes are sometimes filmed or photographed for social media. Tell Ruth before class if you would rather not appear and you will be kept out of frame.
Classes are for adults aged 18 and over unless it has been agreed in advance with Ruth.
